PRACTICE:


Independent counsel committed to excellence in the practice of law, primarily in complex corporate, commercial, competition and construction litigation, together with expertise in related corporate, com­mercial and intellectual property law.


Called to the Bar in 1975 with Honours; has appeared in all Ontario Courts, Federal Court of Canada and Supreme Court of Canada, with leading cases reported in business, commercial landlord and ten­ant and corporate (oppression remedy) cases. Martindale-Hubbell ranking: “BV” (high to very high legal competency; highest ethics, as deter­mined by fellow lawyers and Judges).


Member of the Advocates Society, Ontario Bar Association, serving on section executives, etc.
