PRACTICE:
Independent counsel committed to excellence in the practice of law, primarily in complex corporate, commercial, competition and construction litigation, together with expertise in related corporate, commercial and intellectual property law.
Called to the Bar in 1975 with Honours; has appeared in all Ontario Courts, Federal Court of Canada and Supreme Court of Canada, with leading cases reported in business, commercial landlord and tenant and corporate (oppression remedy) cases. Martindale-Hubbell ranking: “BV” (high to very high legal competency; highest ethics, as determined by fellow lawyers and Judges).
Member of the Advocates Society, Ontario Bar Association, serving on section executives, etc.
