Chief Executive Officer – Norwegian State Courts IT Service
This is a governmental unit reports/budgets to/from the Ministry of Justice (Department for Courts). We are responsible for all ICT support, equipment, applications (maintenance and development) and education for all Norwegian courts (99) - Supreme Court, Courts of Appeal (6) and Districts/City Courts (92). Totally there are 1600 users and the budget for 2002 is NKR 120 mill (ca AUD 30 mill)

Project manger (leading) for implementing IT in all Norwegian courts including equipment, applications and coordination of all education.
Applications: Case management, accounting, land register, office support.

Superintendent of schools in a municipality with special focus in children with
learning disabilities and a lot of normal administration.

A lot of political experience from local government – from deputy mayor to member of several committees
Educational qualifications:
As a “foundation wall” there is an education in “the educational highway” with speciality in word blindness (which is a little problem for myself).
After 1980 I have build in some education in organizational development combined with leadership.
