Technology for Justice 2000

Presentations

Presentations are in html format unless otherwise specified.

Files larger than about 2Mb have not been put on this web site, on account of file size restrictions by many ISPs, and also for reasons of speed. All files are available on the conference CD-ROM, available from the AIJA.

File formats online include html, rtf, pdf,a few smaller Powerpoint presentations, and 2 zip files. File formats on the CD-ROM include Powerpoint, formats suitable for viewing with a browser, Portable Document Format (pdf) files, some optional zip files, audio files, Shockwave files, Screencam files and mpeg video files. This wide range is a consequence of the conference topics and goals. Most of these applications will already be installed on a PC configured for office or multimedia purposes. . Some older PCs may struggle to get a smooth picture on the two video clips (Louise Whittaker). On a Pentium III or above, and a 20x CD-ROM drive, these files should play effortlessly direct from the CD, on full screen.
