Essential Action For The Future
To maximise benefits for the future the following is required:

  1. Infrastructure

    1. The provision of the essential infrastructure (cabling and connection points) in courtrooms as a permanent facility.

    2. The provision of wired courts of different sizes and of flexible courtroom spaces fully and permanently wired

    A significant part of the $5,900 per day charge in Estate Mortgage was to cover the cost of setting up and pulling down the basic infrastructure.

  2. Protocol

    The creation of a standard discovery protocol preferably set out in Rules of Court, but subject to court direction.
