Cost of service provided by Systematics was $5,900 per day to the parties and $220.00 per day to the court.

A significant part of that cost was the amortising of the cost of setting up and demolishing the court room. $1,500.00 per day represented real time transcript cost.

For the above fees, Systematic supplied and updated the court book data base and image library, provided document presentation in court, a network infrastructure, audio-visual broadcasting and recording and communications and real time recording of transcript.

The Plaintiff bore $1,500 per day, small parties $300 to $400 per day.
